Our engagement
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. We will attempt to exchange an item purchased in our store if it does not correspond to the customer's need, upon presentation of the original receipt and the packaging of the intact product. The exchange must be done in store or by returning the product at your expense to our store. If the customer has lost his receipt, we will try to carry out a search, with some basic information.
Return policy
Non-defective items:
Items that are in the original unopened packaging, accompanied by the receipt and returned within 15 days of the date of purchase will be subject to a credit note that may be applied to an immediate or future purchase. Customers who wish to receive a full refund, applied to the original method of payment, must respect the conditions of return of the products, as specified above. Items that are open, damaged, or in no state to be resold will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. You can consult the list of exceptions for more details.
Defective items:
Defective items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, when applicable, and will be repaired or replaced at the store for a period of 30 days from the date the product is billed. Beyond this period, the consumer can usually contact the manufacturer, except for the exceptions listed below. The products must be accompanied by the original receipt and their original packaging.
Some exceptional situations can be handled on a case by case basis. In cases where the packaging has been damaged and the product has to be sold at a lower price, the store retains the right to retain a 20% restocking fee for the loss. The customer will be given a credit note for the amount equivalent to the balance of the initial purchase.
Guarantees and exceptions
Items on this list may not be subject to a refund or exchange.
- Software, or product that includes a license that can be activated
- Consumables (Blank Optical Media such as DVD, CD..etc, Paper, Ink, Batteries ..)
- Gift cards, or prepaid phone cards ... etc
- Services, installations, repairs
- Product modified, installed or altered by the consumer
- Accessories due to hygiene (such as products for the kitchen, headphones, ear buds etc.)
- Articles in final sale, as is
- Items on special order
